Dreams - Oldbury

we bought some single adjustable beds some years ago from dreams and decided it was time to replace them,we went along with an open mind as to what was available for us as we both have rheumatoid arthurituss which we explained to your collegue satty at Oldbury who showed us a number of matresses including the ones weve ordered,we had a demo in the cubicle and decided that for our health and comfort it had to be the tempur brand,only a small disappointment in that we have to wait 6 weeks for delivery.

As soon as the assistant saw that my husband was in a wheelchair the doors were opened for us and we were welcomed in. Rob our advisor was very knowledgeable and polite. He listened to what we wanted and he had so much patience allowing my disabled husband time to try the different mattresses for comfort. Andy made us a coffee and we we really enjoyed our time in the showroom which was very relaxed and may I say we had a fun time with plenty of laughter....which was so nice after the most awful time we experienced last year. A big thank you to Rob and Andy for a stress free time choosing the new bed.

I had done some research for a new mattress but I was impressed by the quick and efficient service received. I was relieved that my old mattress would be taken away at the same time as delivery and really pleased that you do a Saturday delivery.

The helpfulness and knowledge of the member of staff who served me was first class.

I was given great care and assistance immediately, which made choosing a mattress much easier. The assistant couldn't have been more helpful.

The store we visited could use an entrance to the rear, we visited your Oldbury store. We travelled by bus as we do not drive any more and had to walk all the way round to the front entrance on the sleet. We were offered a hot drink almost as soon as we entered the store, and the lady that saw to our needs was very helpful, even to finding a free bag to carry away the bed protector and the green bag so you could take away the old matress.
