Usha. Looked after us well .And also the young men who delivered the mattress were very courteous .Well done .

The representative, Usha, was very attentive and assisted in choosing the right product for our requirements. Indeed she advised on some ex-display items which actually suited our needs. Her product knowledge was excellent, with highly detailed knowledge of products and pricing.

Usha was very friendly on entry to the store, let us browse as a family and the returned once we were ready. Very knowledgeable about the products we were after and along with her colleague (Andy) made the sale. Both were also very friendly and complimentary towards our children too whilst dealing with my wife and I. 2 members of staff that the store should be proud of!

Usha ss great at explaining the mechanisms in beds and showed us the sleep technology to help find the right mattress. She was warm welcoming and friendly. She offered us a drink on many occasions and was efficient in placing our order
