The staff were very helpful Andy explained how different the mattresses were put together and how they functioned and they were different from the one that we had of the same brand.

The member of staff. (Unfortunately I can't remember name) he was very very pleasant and helpful. Spent a lot of time with us. I was very indecisive and he showed us a range of products. Didn't rush us and didn't force purchases upon us. Which was a very nice change Compared to other stores (not dreams). We went in with a budget in mind but spent £600 more and even some expensive pillows. Don't regret this however as it's quality I'm looking for. The only thing I would say and it's minor..... the customer seats could be replaced at the purchase counter.... they aren't very comfortable bit more noticeable after testing many mattresses.

Very friendly and helpful staff so was able to get exactly what we went for. Excellent delivery time and excellent delivery men in the way if manners and care when bringing beds in and out if mt hime. Live the udea of shoe protectors when entering home too. Wish more companies would do this. Cannot fault anything about the company so far and i say 'so far' just in case we need 'aftersales' service for anything!. Hopefully not thiugh.

I went in to buy a pillow to help with neck pain and the assistant was very helpful with guiding me to the product he thought would be right, and it is doing the job. While there we also purchased a new mattress, again his advise was helpful and we are waiting for delivery of that item. Very happy with the service.

The staff were very helpful and informative,they explained the various payment options available clearly,I didn't feel pressured and was given time to consider the different types of products.Altogether a pleasurable experience.

Extremely pleasant and helpful

We were buying a replacement mattress for my 95 year old mother who had been very reticient about purchasing this item. We found the assistant Mary absolutely open and friendly and not at all pushy. It was due to her customer service that we ended up purchasing the mattress and are very grateful indeed.
