I went into Oldbury store to price up beds for me and my wife and children. i didnt have somebody jump straight on my back i was greeted as i entered the shop but left to browse at my own leisure. after a while i needed some advice and along came Mandy who was helpful in my choosing and even sorted my coffee fix with a big mug of coffee. she was so helpful from start to finish. A joy to talk to i then decided to spend my money in this store,no regrets,everything was done for me there and then. Well done mandy and thankyou

I just felt like I was treated very well, I was asked if I'd like a drink which I had and it was very lovely. I was asked to test the beds and found myself at ease with the whole process I found the whole thing enjoyable thanks to Mandy my assistant through the whole thing.

We were asked if we needed any help as soon as we walked into the store and we got the sales persons undivided attention until our order was complete. He was friendly and did not oversell.

It was a pleasure to shop at Dreams Oldbury. Mandy was the assistant who helped us and she was terrific. Very pleasant knowledgeable but not at all "pushy" . We didn't feel coerced at all. She showed us a wide variety of beds and was so patient with us. Please give her a pat on the back.

We were offered tea or coffee and asked to try the tempura experience. my grandaughter who is 15 loved it so did l.
