My young son was a bit of a pain but Mandy who helped us never got flustered but listened to his moans and really helped us in exactly what we needed. We kept changing our minds about products but nothing was to much trouble for her. Mandy was brilliant would definitely recommend dreams and this was my first time and recommend Mandy . I'm going back for more furniture there was so much good quality furniture to choose from.

Andrew was very attentive and answered all our questions and allowed us time to test products and make our mind up. We felt very comfortable and there was no hard sales pitch.

I have never been to your store before but I found the staff very helpful they did not bombard you when you walked in and that's what I like they gave me and my husband enough time to look around for what we wanted before Mandy the assistant came to us to explain different beds we where we'll please with this. Before we went in I said to my husband if the assistants come straight to us we would leave the shop without a purchase but this did not happen and we are looking forward to our new bed and sweet dreams at night.

The lady whose name was Mandy was very friendly and didn't bother us at all,just told us when we needed help to call her over.she let us test out numerous mattresses and pillows and gave us plenty of information when we need it.

We went to buy a replacement mattress that we wanted to take with us. An assistant came to us straight away and guided us to what we wanted and we were able to walk away within 10-15 minutes, very satisfied
