Dreams - Oldbury

We were very impressed with Mandy at dreams oldbury as she was very helpful with her knowledge of the products and made our customer experience very enjoyable by talking us through all the products and showing a model of what goes inside a dreams mattress. This was mine and my partners first experience in buying a bed and would fully recommend the store to our friends and colleagues for future purchases. We feel Mandy and the team went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase and the delivery.

We went in to Dreams a assistant named Andy came up to us and asked if we needed any assistance. And while looking round, he came and asked if we would like any tea or coffee, then when I had made my mind up what I wanted, he helped me though my purchase. And has told me that if I need any assistance from him at all while waiting for my bed to be delivered, I am able to ring him at any time and he will help me. Andy was the most pleasant and helpful person in the store.

Very helpful was left to browse for as long as needed, advised properly, offered drinks and had a giggle. Enjoyed shopping for something we take for granted.

We were the only customers in the store at one point and worried about the "vulture like" service at other stores (not Dreams) however the staff were friendly and helpful and left us to our own devices ...until they could see we were a tad confused with the colour coding system for "types" of bed. They helped explain how the store used the colour codes for different mattress combinations and left us to it. We felt we had a very good experience with the staff.

The store was really well laid out with the options clearly identifiable. Mary was very helpful, able to answer all of our questions and led us to the best option for our needs. We were very happy with the service she provided.
