Mandy was an excellent sales clerk, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and polite. She was great with my kids while a the store, and very helpful in helping me and my wife select mattress. A thing i hate with sales staff is pushiness, I often need time to decide, especially with a big money order, and Mandy explained all what was needed and gave me and my wife time to discuss the pros & cons alone without being overbearing. It's because of this we decided to purchase in-store and not via the website (which offers free delivery but you don't in store which is a bit strange). Massive respect to Mandy

We were only looking for a mattress your operative was very helpful in helping us decide which would suit our needs the most which allowed us to make what we believe to be the right decision.

The lady who came to us was very helpful and knew her stuff quickly sealed the deal

Approached by staff as soon as we entered the store, Mandy based in oldbury branch was very attentive and offered advice upon receiving ideas as to what we were looking for without being too intrusive. Left us alone to consider our options and talked us through what would happen next once we had made up our minds.

I wasn't pounced on at the beginning of my search for a new mattress so enjoyed browsing for a few minutes. I was then approached by a friendly member of staff who explained, with efficiency about all the items i was interested in. Quite easy and I was sold, paid for, and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. As it was rolled I was helped by other members of staff who placed it into my car. Job done. Great stuff !!

We were very well taken care of by Satvinder who was knowledgable and friendly but not pushy. He gave us time to test the products and an overnight to think about our purchases and return.

The staff were very helpful at no time did they try to push us into any decision we did not want. they did not try to hurry us to make a decision but let us take our time and think about what we really wanted to do.
