Someone to help if needed but left to look around not hassled.when wanted the help was first class. Full info given on product .felt they had time for me very pleased.

We visited the store as we were looking to replace our "Dreams" king size Bed with a new single as the double bed has been wonderful for the past 7 years .But as we are getting on in age we thought we would now have a single in each room. We first looked round the store at the large range of beds then your salesman Satty came to advise us .He was most helpful explaining the difference between the beds & letting us try them out.We went for the same bed as we had but now in a single. Then we needed a headboard again Satty came to our help sorting it out for us.

The assistants were super friendly and knowledgable about the products and were very helpful in assisting us to male our purchases.

Mandy our sales advisor was very friendly offered drinks as soon as she saw us, she spent time showing us different designs od beds and explained the differences, she was knowledgeable of the products she was selling.

The product knowledge and friendly approach of the salesman (Robert) made the whole shopping experience a pleasure

The friendliness of the staff and the willingness to assist in my purchase without feeling pressured. The delivery was on time and the goods were well packaged.

We went in store with no knowledge of what type of mattress we were looking for . With the assistants help we left the store with whole package. Very pleased so far with service hope the delivery is as efficient .

The assistants (Rob and Andy) were very helpful, giving us space to try out beds without pressure and entertaining our six year old son so we could have the time to look and make a decision.

Sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgable without being pushy.
