I am the sort of person who doesnt like over pushy sales people . However my lady who was helping me was not pushy or hard selling . She simply did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and requirements. She left me alone in times i wanted just to test beds and ponder my choices. Her name was Mandy. If all sort her style and approach to customer service i feel you would make great profit . Very tender , gently spoken lady . Well done Mandy

The service given by Mary went beyond expectations, extremely knowledgable and friendly, didn't feel pressured to buy and more than helpful.

Rob, at oldbury, was great. He didn't pressure us into the sale and we were left to make up our own mind. He showed a whole range of mattresses, we had made up our own mind about the bed. We were so picky, we had to measure the bed and then call to get our room.measurements all sorts and he was great. We spent over £2000 and even bought 2 £85 pillows, woah... Thank you, highly satisfied with our purchase.

mandy was highly informative regarding the mattress we were hopeing to buy .very attentive and knowledgable.

Didn't feel pressurised or hurried whilst trying out the mattresses whilst at the same time, the salesman was available to answer any questions we had and was knowledgeable. After spending time, eventually decided on (hopefully) the right mattress for us.

We were treated courteously and efficiently by Rob, had an excellent cup of coffee whilst the order was processed and left the store feeling well served. We ordered a further 2 mattresses the next day and all the order was delivered and installed within 4 days. On delivery the men rang at 7.30am , offered us a window between 9 and 11. They arrived at 9.30, put a mat at the door entrance and offered to remove their shoes. The bed was put together and mattresses put in place by 11.45 and the rooms were left spotless. Altogether a very stressless experience. Thank you.

We were shown appropriate mattresses to fit our requirements and also left alone to decide which was best for us. We were not pressured at all and the transaction was quick and easy.
