Mary the employee at the Oldbury branch was extremely helpful and was able to help me decide what bed would be best for me. She showed me a range of mattresses to find one best suited for me. Overall I was extremely pleased and am happy with the finance options available.

The assistant was very helpful and the colour coding made choice easier

We were looking for a new mattress and Mandy was very helpful, gave us a leaflet on the "colour coding" of Dreams mattresses and then explained the layout of the store. She then left us to browse but was never too far away if we had questions

We went in store in Oldbury and was greeted by a very friendly lady named Mandy and she helped with our queries and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We made a purchase and although we hit a slight issue to begin with (not Mandys fault) she solved it and we're able to continue with our purchase. Highly recommended and told a friend to see Mandy.

The service from Rob was excellent he applied no pressure so I was able to go away and consider my decision to buy. He explained about the different mattress and provided the right pillows to test it property he also told me about other offers in store. He explained the delivery so that I could plan my time around it.The two hour time slot and pre call is excellent.

Friendly approachable staff with a wide understanding of the products on sale. The offer of a cuppa while completing the sales process was a nice touch!
