Dreams - Oldbury

Being a young couple most stores get security to watch us as we look round or give us a wide birth as they 'don't have time for time wasters.' At both dreams stores we visited we were greater with open arms and made to feel comfortable. Sales representatives spent more than enough time informing us on mattresses and which would be best for us, even down to selecting the right pillow to test the mattress with. The price may have been a bit more than what we wanted to pay but for the quality we are more than happy to pay it. You get what you pay for!

The sales person was Mandy was awesome really helpful and efficient with a good knowledge of these products arrangements for delivery and collection of item was efficient and satisfaction I found satisfaction reassuring one happy customer.

Andy was really very helpful explaining all the options,how everything worked and even got us lying down and trying a tempur bed,all other staff at the oldbury branch were good as well making us coffee and tea.we would definitely recommend dreams to family and friends

The salesman was extremely helpful and answered all our questions thoroughly which helped us make a decision on which mattress and divan to choose.

we were went to the store to change the delivery date of our beds because on the phone the lady of customer service refuse to change the date but in store the lady called Mandy and the manger Andy helped us lot and phoned 4-5 times to change the date of delivery.after that we bought some pillow and bed sheets.we are very thank full to both of them

We tried to change delivery of our beds over the phone, customer services wasn't helpful at all so we went to the store and Andy the store manager went extra mile to get it all sorted for us and mandy was helpful too with our other purchases whilst at store.

Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to tend to our needs. Mary in particular was very good and knowledgeable of all products on offer.

The store was clean and tidy, the staff friendly and professional. If they didn't know the answer to a question they quickly found it for me. I would have liked the see the bed I wanted "in real life" rather than on the website (I did that before I travelled to the store) but obviously one store can only have so many beds. Hopefully I won't be disappointed when it arrives! The service was excellent and the staff were helpful without being pushy. Well done!

Staff very friendly and very helpful made to feel welcome staff very patient took less the 10 minutes to place ordered was worried about delivery thought it might have been weeks bit it's only going to take two weeks I would like to say tho I do think dreams should offer a free removal of the your old bed as I think for the prices of the beds and delivery charge of £40 and then they want another 40 to take old I think that's a bit harsh

Mary was very patient and listened to our need and showed great compassion and understanding towards my husbands chronic disability
