Very friendly service, unpressured and knowledgeable advice. Good range of mattresses in the category we wanted - pocket sprung. And we got a good quality mattress at an affordable price.

Rob the sales assistant was very attentive to what I was looking for. He was not pushy but made us aware of when the sale was ending therefore did not want us to miss out on the deals that were available. Well done both to Rob and Andy the Store Manager who made shopping in Dreams a Dream!!! :)

Sales Assistant Wolverhampton Store was Mandy/code 120. She displayed good bed knowledge and was helpful in helping me decide bed purchased. On delivery, the prompts I received by telephone were timely and informative. On the day, the bed erectors Gaz & Simon was courteous and on time. The bed was put together in no time. Overall service 10 out of 10.

Mandy saw us when we arrived and acknowgled us, allowed us to take a look around and then came over to see if we needed any help. We told her what we were looking for and the price range and she explained the various pillow colour schemes which made it easier for us to choose which mattress we wanted. It was the shortest shopping experience we have had and we got what we needed without any fuss or sales jargon

The customer service was excellent, we wanted to purchase a mattress and the sales assistant was very knowledgeable. He took the time to talk to us to establish what our needs where and then showed us what options we had in terms of mattresses available. We did not feel rushed or pressurised into making a purchase.
