No sales pressure. I tend to walk out if I am being pressured or being followed, I like to approach for assistance. The sales assistants were there to answer my questions and they were knowledgeable on their sales products (I paid a visit on Saturday and the gentleman I saw was very friendly and explained everything, making the purchase on Sunday much easier with my husband).

I was greeted as soon as I entered the door, I walked in took an initial look & a really pleasant lady (Mandy) approached me. She asked me what I was interested in & I informed her I required a matteress. She asked me a couple more questions & directed me to them. She spent the time understanding my needs & provided me useful advice, she encouraged me to lay & relax so I got a good feel of the different mattereses. I did not feel coerced into making a decision, I felt she guided me through the process & was really professional. I spoke with another gentleman Sat who was also very pleasant & another gentleman who I believe was the store manager, who again doubled checked that I was provided with all the advice I required. Overall the team at this branch were all very knowledgeable, kind & professional. I would highly recommend this store to all my family & friends & have already text a few about the great Easter offers which are on right now. Really pleased with my purchase & my pillows. Thank you!
