Good friendly service, good product range

We were under no pressure to buy and we were given the freedom to try many different mattresses before making a decision.

Very good knowledge of products,

I went in the shop with the intention of buying a new mattress and bed. The lady shop assistant was great, not pushy but really helpful. The one I chose was good but I asked to see a memory mattress. This then changed my mind on my purchase and was double the cost of the one I had almost decided on. I went home to think about it but then went back next day and (of course) ordered the most expensive. I await delivery now, and hope that the delivery person gives me lots of assistance in removing my old bed, which I have paid extra for, and can't wait for for my new bed and pillows.

The staff were friendly, interacted professionally and our desires were met with helpful knowledgable, staff that didn't seem to pressure you into making a purchase.

NOT KNOWING WHAT WE REALLY WANTED/NEEDED IT WAS REFRESHING TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO LISTENED AND UNDRRSTOOD OUR NEEDS, THEN SHOWED US SUITASBLE PRODUCTS
