Dreams - Oldbury

The whole shopping experience was very enjoyable, the friendliness of the staff and the knowledge of the salesperson. I always use Dreams, as do my family.

I believe that the salesman were very good and informative.The man who had helped me was vey knowledgeable and took time to find the needs that I required

I needed to buy a new mattress and with the range of options in your store I was able to make a selection fairly quickly. The fact that the staff were all very friendly and in particular Mary, who served me, was so helpful made a daunting experience very pleasant. All credit to them!

Good friendly service

We were served by Mary. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgable. I had an idea of what I would have liked before I went in. Mary made sure we explored all of our options, even those that we hadn't considered ourselves. We ended up buying a mattress that was perfect and if it wasn't for the way Mary had assisted us I don't think we would have got what we needed. She ensured we were always comfortable, and left us to our own devices when we needed to discuss our purchase. The price of the mattress was reasonable and even when we asked about the manufacturers guarantee she was knowledgable enough to take us through that. Overall a very satisfied customer and we were extremely happy with the service have received.

The staff member Andy, was very attentive even though it was late in the evening. Andy appreciated the importance of the purchase; he actively listened to how and why the purchase, even though it was merely a mattress - was being made at this time. Andy has a natural flare for making you immediately comfortable with him which is a rare commodity this day and age.
