Dreams - Oldbury

On entering the store and being free to have a look around without being swamped by assistants. When an assistant approached us she was extremely helpful, understanding and very patient. Not being pressured in making up my mind and being allowed time to test the product and make up my mind. The assistant also took the time to make us a drink each which was most welcome.

The staff member I saw was Mary, she welcomed us a few minutes after arriving and ask if we needed help, she was very understanding to my needs (not knowing what i really wanted) and showed me three different beds, and got me to sit and lie. Mary maded my visit easy and stress free. All my needs were meant.

I have always shopped at dreams when buying a bed, the store is local and l always manage to find what l need, the lady who looked after me was lovely, and we had a laugh.

Very informative staff member who looked after us well. Made to feel comfortable and welcome in the store. Answered all the questions asked with ease.

Marvellous sales person. Treated with the upmost respect. Very friendly. Does not try to push you into anything. I will be returning. All ready told family an friends.

today we went to see some beds, it was only a visit to see whats available, advisor satvinder was really helpful he gave us all options and took the worries away from us, as were worried about delivery dates and if we have cancel order etc. , it was a great experience will definitely go there again.

Mary the sales assistant was professional at all times but also had a personal touch. We had our 3 young sons with us too and she was friendly and accommodating to them too.

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service received. Good information given and did not feel forced to make a purchase, which is something that is appreciated.

We found exactly what we were looking for and at a very good sale price, all delivered that evening
