Dreams - Oldbury

First visit to dreams was highly impressed with the layout of the store everything was easy to find and try out

Staff was very knowledgable listened to my needs, didn't feel rushed staff made sure that it was exactly what I was looking for, I was allowed into the TEMPUR for as long as I needed to test the bed, I was also shown the wide range of beds offers by TEMPUR

The staff allowed personal browsing before offering assistance. They established our needs, requirements and budget and then highlighted beds to suit. Rob had a good knowledge of the mattresses and was able to explain pros and cons to help us in selecting our ideal bed.

Mary the sales colleague was very friendly and had excellent knowledge of the products, she was able to point me to the correct product for me and we were in and out in no time

The sales assistant was really helpful but not pushy.

The assistant salty was very knowledgeable about all the beds we asked about anything we asked he answered. And he wasn't pushy which makes a change very pleasant and friendly .

All staff at Dreams Oldbury were very helpful but not pushy at all with selling techniques. We were shown all features of the tv bed which really helped with our decision to buy and given help in choosing a mattress to suit our budget. While waiting we were offered a hot drink and constantly reminded that we would be dealt with once a pc became free. Very pleased with the service.

Went in store not knowing anything about mattresses, until I spoke to the people who work there. Very friendly and helpful.
