The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and able to show us just what we needed. The range of products to choose from was extensive and laid out in an easily viewable manner. Also a cup of tea was provided which was very welcome.

Andy was our sales person. A very Helpful man throughout our visit. Supplying us with the perfect bed within our price range.

It was fast and easy to place the order. The delivery date was made to suit out busy lives and all members of staff were friendly and helpful.

The store had a nice range of beds and it was quite easy to find one to suit our needs. The staff were friendly and after giving advice gave you time to try out the different options without being over bearing. Being offered a hand made beverage is also a very nice touch and makes you feel valued, not like car dealers where they point out a machine. Some-one actually took the time and effort to make you feel welcome and important. Heaven help us when all shopping is done online, I personally prefer the human touch and being able to see / try something before I buy it.
