I knew you had what I wanted and where to find it. The salesperson was friendly and approachable.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and had a great deal of patience with us.

Everything was perfect the staff need commending - nothing was too much trouble - especially Mary Hughes and Satty

THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLEY AND APPROACHABLE, THEY LISTENED TO WHAT WE NEEDED AND WERE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ON WHAT WE REQUIRED WITHOUT BEING OVERBEARING.

Staff was really friendly had plenty of time for us lovely clean warehouse and plenty to choose from.

I took my daughter ino the store thurs so we could have a look at purchasing a matress,, the assistant Mandy took time to show us what was available,, finance details, price of products available and different types of mattresses,, I said I needed time to clarify if I would make a purchase and she was really good in saying pop by if you do and I will help,, so hence I went into the store Saturday the 7th Nov,,, and promptly made a purchase as i knew what i wanted,, Mandy was extremely helpful and i was out within twenty minutes or so.

I had looked online prior to my visit to dreams and the mattress I was looking for was directly in front of me when I entered the store so I was able to immediately try it out. I was happy that colleagues didn't immediately approach me as I wanted my own space to try it out with no pressure however assistance was prompt when I needed it, Satty was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I believe the delivery charge of £39 is expensive with the only alternative trying to find time to travel to Wednesbury in order to get free collection, however, this was nothing to do with the employees. My mattress has since been delivered and is everything I was looking for.

I came in with the intention of buying a mattress for my mum and ended up buying a divan set with headboard, pillows, mattress protector and 8 years accidental cover. I'm not even upset. The service was great. I wasn't pressured into buying anything. Mary was very patient and understanding. Instead of seeming to be trying to get me to spend more, everything she suggested was relevant to my mum and the experience she'd have with the bed. Can't wait for it to be delivered.

I found that Rob our assistant was very helpful because we have never purchased an expensive mattress before.
