Service was good and the choices of matress brilliant even tho me & my husband disagreed at first!!

Having just moved into a home, getting beds new beds was a priority, first time visit to Dreams and wasn't disappointed at all. Rob took his time to explain the products when we needed help and took care of us with a lot of professionalism. Great experience thanks to the staff in this particular Store.

Andy was extremely courteous and helpful. He understood our needs and wants in a bed and satisfied them accordingly. We were a little concerned about the price of our choice. But we were put in to Satty's capable hands to discuss payment options. I am happy with the service I received and have already recommended Dreams to my brother who is shopping for a new bed. The only downside is the delivery will be a month away. But really excited and looking forward to my new bed!

We visited the store the day before for pillows, they had non in stock so Mary put one aside for us for the next day ensuring it was ready. She was very friendly and helpful trying to sort out our issues with bed sizes on today's visit and came up with different options/solutions.
