we were greeted by Mandy on arrival at the store and asked if we needed any help and not to hesitate to ask her for any help if we required it.after that we were left to browse the store (which was really clean) and we were'nt chased around the store by an over eager sales person which was a nice change!!!when we had made our mind up on the items we liked we then spoke to Mandy with a couple of questions which she was well able to answer without having to refer to a colleague. we then decided to purchase a new bed and mattress which we are now waiting to be delivered next week. overall a very pleasant shopping experience and with expert help and advice from the sales lady Mandy.

The store colleague was very enthusiastic and helpful. We had an idea of what we were looking for and he helped us narrow down our choices but make the decision on our own.

Upon entering the store I was met with a friendly greeting from staff. All 3 staff members were very approachable and as soon as I wanted assistance I was seen to. I was allowed to test the different pillows that I was interested in without being pressured into a decision although the man that helped me was on hand when I needed to ask questions. Lovely people, lovely experience and a great night's sleep with my new pillows!

The assistants went out of their way to help us. We were offered a hot drink. We needed a bed very quickly as my mother was coming home from care within a few days. The manager even went to the warehouse and located a base for the bed so that we could take delivery on time. We have bought many beds from Dreams and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you!
