First of all our sales assistant Mary was very quick to come to our assistance. She asked a few quick questions and made some very quick recommendations on bed's that we should try, We were very happy with the recommendation and after testing 3-4 different beds we returned to the one she recommended and placed our order. We adapted our order to incorporate a head board from another setup. We were given very comfortable tempur pillows to try while we tested out the beds, since this we have purchased these pillows. I would recommend the store to family and friends and also tell them to ask for Mary as I am very satisfied with the service provided and level of professionalism and product knowledge provided by the staff.

Assistance was great,giving us time to chat to each other without feeling pressured.Answered all questions we felt needed answering clearly and helped us to understand the difference of all mattresses you sold.Extremely friendly and not at all did we feel pressured.

Customer service and eagerness to please was excellent making a good impression of the store.

Mandy who gave us assistance was very friendly and had great knowledge about all products we were looking at. At first I think Mandy was a bit reluctant in terms of selling the mattress to us as she assumed I was very Young and maybe this made her think we may not be serious about the purchase as we were looking at the Tempur range which is not cheap, however she turned this around but only when she knew we are going to buy. I have rated my satisfaction as highly satisfied despite this because Mandy overall gave us a good level of service and was very friendly, my only advice would be don't judge a book by its cover as I have proven to her today by making such a big and expensive order.

The aisles in the store where wide easy to get around it was light clean the products were well presented and the sales man was extremely polite,helpful and friendly the sale process was quick and easy the only - I had was that unlike IKEA I couldn't take it with me otherwise all was very pleasant.
