Your colleague SATTY was most helpfull explaining th options available with adjustable beds. We needed to return home to take some measurements and ensure the bed would fit in the proposed downstairs room and he was quite happy for us to do so. He then explained the guarantee and other offers available. Allin all a very helpfull and pleasant man.

The sales assistant Satty was very obliging and helpful.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. They explained where things were & how the prices/discounts worked & they answered all of our questions.

Upon entry, we were greeted with a friendly smile. During making our choice, the sales person was not only friendly but explanation on questions we asked was very knowledgeable about the product; but most of all, was accommodating with delivery date. Overall, very satisfied with service from dreams

Assistant was very knowledgable,explained about products,very helpful without being pushy.

The service was good.We had coffee while we we looking.Mandy helped without being pushy.If she did not know the answer she would say so and then find out 10 out of 10 for honesty. The manager also helped and they were both a pleasure to deal with.

When entering the store I had eye contact from members of staff, which is nice to know they have acknowledged me. In total I went into store 3 times and Mary spoke to me each time she was very knowledgeable and friendly and knew when to give me time to think.:)

Great product knowledge fast service and very friendly staff, first choice of bed wasn't available in the size I wanted but was offered alternatives right away.order was fast and straightforward it's a shame I couldn't have got delivery sooner than the 2 weeks it will take.
