Alerted them to the fact that I live in a terraced house and this could cause some problems in getting the mattress upstairs - had to change order to a more expensive mattress but one that has more flexibility - did not want to encounter delivery problems and have to start the process all over aga9in

Rob was really helpful, explained all the options and offers but wasn’t pushy. We went through the assessment of what would be best for us and he showed us a range of examples and explained it all. Then got us a coffee and left us to make our decisions in our own time. And then everything was sorted quickly and easily!

Chris was friendly and answered my questions. He gave me time to look at the products and ensured I had the right mattress for me.

The showroom was nice and quiet, so we were able to look around our our own pace. We were not rushed at all. Enough choice and we sampled around 6 mattresses which was great, so were able to choose the correct one for us. Friendly, professional staff. Process of ordering our goods was quick and efficient.

Excellent service

Excellent service from the moment I stepped into the store. The sales representative was ready to help but not intrusive and gave me time to look around and was came to me promptly to help when I was ready. She was very informative and made sure that I tried a number of different kinds of mattress so that I was fully satisfied with my final choice. The price was excellent and I am looking forward to receiving my purchase on Monday.
