The staff were very helpful and friendly service and took their time explaining the different types of mattresses to have and taking their time with you and not being pushy letting you take your time in deciding on your purchase. 10 out of 10

I was not looking to purchase a bed when I left my house that day but was looking for a new bed. We happened to visit Dreams in Oldbury West Midlands and we're fortunate to have Mary as our assistance, her patience and understanding of our requirements was exceptional and unlike many sales representatives who are forceful in selling the most expensive item in the shop Mary showed us a range and was very honest from a consumer level and sales representative - a very friendly person who made us feel welcome and at home! An asset to your organisation and yes we did make a purchase that to on the Tempur after out weighing the benefits and our needs! So thank you Mary!
