we found the staff were very helpful in pointing out the differences in the fillings of the mattresses, which was very helpful to us,they also advised us to try them out by lying on the different mattresses to see which ones we felt comfortable on ,we have not done that before,all in all we were very satisfied with the help we recieved,we would make a return visit.
