Rob & satty delivered exceptional customer service. Over seen by Andy the manager they were patient & tolerated my continuous change of mind. They were knowledgable & supportive.

Satty the member of staff who we dealt with was so helpful. It took quite some time for us to select the mattress we went for but it would of taken so much longer without his extensive product knowledge. We came away feeling like we had the right bed for us and our price range we were never pressured only assisted. Great customer service.

satvinder the sales assistant at Oldbury store was very helpful as soon as we walked in the doors we told him what we wanted and he showed us the beds dreams had to offer then he left us to try them out and have a chat with my partner then we decided on the gorgeous titanium tv bed and the franklin mattress

Salesman was not at all pushy gave us plenty help and answered all our questions.He was very helpful.
