The store was clean and well laid out. assistant was extremely helpful without being overbearing.

I initially visited Dreams with my father to view the quality of the beds etc (which were fantastic) with the view to go home and shower after a days work before returning later on to Purchase, we was greeted by Andy and Mandy who were very helpful in understanding my needs and gave me a price for the bed, I didn't feel pressured into purchasing in any way shape or form and as I left the store Mandy very politely said thank you for visiting I hope to see you again soon, something I have not experienced in the past from a sales person they normally chase you out the door - I was very pleased I didn't feel pressured! Upon returning to purchase, Mandy was absolutely fantastic throughout the Purchase, everything was explained re the Guarantee, Price Promise, 30 Day Mattress Guarantee, I was offered a drink not once but 3 times and she was a lovely person to as was Andy who came over for a chat after he finished with his Client. I was very happy with the Service from Andy and Mandy, there are both a Credit and Asset to Dreams. I must also add I am very impressed with the speediness of when my bed could be delivered.

Store members were friendly, knowledgable, helpful and showed an interest in our requirements were met.

We went to dreams to buy a new mattress, We were able to look around on our own then an assistant came to help, she was very knowledgeable on the products and we tried out the mattress before buying one

Dreams had a bed we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. It was in the sale but we felt no pressure at all from your sales staff to go for something more expensive. She also had time for us even though we were on a restricted budget,and explained everything very clearly.Also very helpful at point of sale with sheets pillows etc.

I was highly satisfied because Mandy was really helpful and understands what I wanted, she also helped me understand other payment offers available.

The time that staff were willing to spend with me talking me through the various products and helping me settle on the right product for me. Being able to spend as long as I like trying out the various products and comparing them.
