Dreams - Oldbury

Very helpful staff, first time we visited approx 3 weeks ago, help was offered, but the person was not 'pushy' and did leave us to look at the furniture at our leisure after explaining the current offer to us. Today we returned armed with our brochure knowing exactly what we required. The Assistant Mandy was most helpful and sorted us out in no time, order taken, payment made, lovely friendly lady - job done.

I found the assistant Mandy to be very supportive, she made us feel relaxed, she listened and she was very much aware of the products and did not pressure us into purchasing any items but ensured we made our own decision with regards to what we wanted she was polite and patient.
