The assistant was very informative but not pushy we did not feel any pressure and were able to take our time

Rob was very friendly and chatty the whole time we were in the store. He was very knowledgable which made us feel we had made an informed decision on the mattress we chose.

Mandy was extremely helpful,courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.

The assistant was very helpful. He rang round all stores to find me a Bolignia bed which I needed early. With in 1h20 mins I had placed the order at Oldbury and collected it at wensbury. He was amazing. Cannot fault.

As we (wife + daughter ) and I on my power wheelchair was entering main door salesperson (Rob) welcome us and ask us what we were looking for? We explain that bed we required with hard mattress and height of bed, Rob change mattress from one to other type straight away we try all different heights and softness of material end up with suitable for myself and good quality. At the end we bought other material for Bedroom which we are very happy with and reasonable price and good quality and very happy and satisfactory. WELL DONE ROB.

Everyone of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Andfy and Satty were fantastic! They were helpful, friendly but most of all new what they were talking about!!! This has not happened in the numerous other furniture stores we have visited recently! Since we left the store yesterday we have mentioned the above to numerous friends and family. andy the mananager went the extra mile to exceed the customers needs and find the perfect product. mandy was super efficient and was very knowledgable with the products.
