Dreams - Oldbury

This is based on service so far, items have not as yet been delivered. The store experience was very good from walking into store both our sales assistance and her manager were helpful and understanding along with good product experience. Hopefully our overall experience when bed arrives will be equally satisying

The assistant was helpful without being pushy, listened to our requirements and tailored your stock tho suit our requirements.

On entering Dreams in Oldbury we were greeted by a member of staff (Satty) who gave us all the necessary advice and guidance we needed as we were looking for a mattress specifically to help with back problems. The information he provided was extremely helpful in helping us to choose the right mattress and we also liked the fact we could try out the mattresses for their comfort. Your recycling service for old mattresses was also extremely helpful. All in all a very good experience.

Perfect layout tofind the bed and matress we were after even better we could test the mattress to see which suited us staff were friendly and very helpful when making our decisions

Came to get a cushion to help support my neck, they had the perfect one and it has helped cure my stiff neck! Thanks Dreams :)

Highly knowledgable and warm customer service

Was looking to buy a bed for my grandad who has terminal cancer and needed to be moved to love downstairs that day. Andy (Oldbury store) gave us empathy and total understanding of our needs his help along with his colleagues was overwhelming and now have one comfortable safe grandad!!! Very happy

Rob (120) was really helpful and stayed with me the whole visit. He was patient and went through Everything with me that's good when dealing with us 'oldies'. He did not rush me and dealt efficiently With the paperwork. Made it so easy. He is a valuable member of Staff. Would go back there again. I even had a cup of coffee well done Dreams and thanks Rob.
