staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Nothing was too much trouble and we were even given a cup of coffee on arrival - not a service you find in many shops!

Stores Manager Andy and salesperson Mandy were keen listeners, totally involved in our specific requirements . Keen to promote the store by promising that they would price-match any other store. Had a very good knowledge of the product. In our case it was a Tampur original memory foam mattress.Polite and co-operative. Our previous shopping was always at Furniture Village,however Andy and Mandy have managed to convert us and in future Dreams will be our first port of call.A 40 days guarantee on the product was a bonus.And last but not the least a free delivery was offered which we readily accepted and greatly appreciate.

Mandy the store assistant was very helpful, was willing to show us as many different mattresses as we wished and quite informative. There was no pressure to make a sale, Mandy was happy to let us come to a decision on our own without her influence. I'd also like to thank the two delivery drivers Shane & Dan W. Unfortunately their van broke down in the morning of delivery, however they rang to let me know that they might be late but would let me know as soon as possible how long the delay would be, my scheduled delivery was between 2-4pm. They rang a while later to say that they were mobile again and would be with me towards 4pm. They arrived at approx 3.50pm which i was impressed with. The young gents were very pleasant and polite, they offered to take off their shoes when entering the property. I had a king size Spring & Memory Foam mattress to dispose of (as arranged by Dreams) which was very heavy and awkward to manoeuvre, however they persevered and managed to get it out of the house. The new mattress was also quite awkward to take up the stairs and again Shane & Dan remained professional and polite at all times, in all a difficult job well really well done!!

This is the third bed I have purchased from Dreams. I have purchased beds for myself as well as my children. The quality and design gives your bedroom a luxurious look and feel but most of all all you get the best night sleep on the most comfortable mattress. Dreams beds are well made and have lastest longer than most other beds that I have purchased.
