Dreams - Oldbury

I would have had the perfect experience but for the fcat that my purchase was a mnoth after the initial visit and due to the bed I bought from another trader arriving damaged and thus dealying the mattress purchase from Dreams, the price went up £50. I wish it had stayed the same price but I guess thats just life.

I cant rate the experience in full until we are in receipt of our order as this surely is all part of the experience. If going on in store experience the delivery service matches same standard then I would say I was highly satisfied however I am not yet at this stage.

Cost too high

Believe items especially mattresses are priced too high

Would have preferred preferred delivery slot to be sooner

I was very satisfied with the service I received nothing was wrong with the service it was very good and very helpful and knowledge of the person serving me was 2nd to none very kind and understanding I will come there again,

We had to wait a short amount of time to speak to an advisor as they were all with customers. I’m just being a bit picky!

I was satisfied thats only there is no reason for me to be highly satisfied in everything

pRODUCTS CAN APPEAR VERY EXPENSIVE

Would like to see other brands in store
