I had been to the Wednesbury store prior to lockdown and found my ideal bed. When I phoned on Monday of this week, I’d asked to be put through to Oldbury, in error. I spoke to Mary and explained the bed I was looking for. She was convinced she had spoken to me earlier and said she recalled recommending the 6500 spring bed. I said I would call in on Saturday to be absolutely certain I had the right bed. On testing the beds, it quickly became apparent it was not the bed I had tried - not indeed the same store or the same salesperson. She had already placed the order, which took a good half hour to amend. My recommendation to Mary would be no not push a sale through if she knows the person has arranged to come in to check it’s the right bed.

Think it is difficult to be highly satisfied in any store. Had good experience.

It would be a good idea to have some kind of tablet for customers to use that shows the entire catalogue. If I can find something online and I come in the store to look, but it's not there I can cross reference to other stuff online without having to ask your colleagues for help. Difficult to do at the moment given what's happening but in the future would be helpful
