Staff member quote figures were Inaccurate which lead us to initially choose a product based on those figures but when member of staff recognised mistake and recalculated we choose an alternative product. It all got abit misleading and confusing.

Delivery date seemed a little long

I was generally satisfied with everything and I guess the assistant would score a Highly Satisfied rating on reflection. It's just that in ordering on the Saturday, I would have preferred to have taken delivery within 7 days. I have a delivery date that is 9 days, and that's ok. So overall Satisfied , just not Highly Satisfied.

Still spent more than I wanted to and it advertised 36 months interest free but was only offered 20 months.

Some of the products we felt the price was too high and there was nothing available in mid price range. With the bed frames we did not find the range wider enough to make a decision, our choices were very limited. We are not expecting newer and newer models but more robust and practical solutions.
