Delivery time was longer than expected

Because I could not view the product I was ordering. Delivery Date was a bit too long

Price mostly.

The only thing I found hard to accept was the idea that I have to put the old mattress in the bag I don’t know how I will manage that as I live on my own and I am 86 years old I think help would be useful .

The store was quite outdated and the price of the bed was very high compared to value for money.

Our shopping experience was pleasant and enjoyable. We especially liked the bed test, which we’ve never used before.

We have just ordered our product but not used it. When we use it, then only I can come to the conclusion that we are satisfied with the product or not. Secondly, what we were looking for, the option of choices are limited. We are really hoping that Insignia mattress will fulfill our expectation.

sleep match was not enjoyable as takes place near front doors , should be a little more private. Relocate to a quieter position within the store ? I did feel a little pressed into using it when actually, it only told us what we already knew.

THERE WAS ONLY 1 ASSISTANT IN THE STORE AT THE TIME TO TAKE OUR ORDER ENQUIRY. THE STORE NEEDED MORE STAFF TO BE ON DUTY FOR ASSISTANCE, AS THE STORE WAS BUSY.

I thought the price was higher than I thought before going to the store
