The previous day before the delivery I had a text from Dreams saying your 2 hour time slot is 7.30 to 9.30, which was good. The only disadvantage was on the morning of the delivery I had a call saying were 5 minutes away bearing in mind they rang at 7.15. I wasn't very happy as we haven't moved into the property yet and we was travelling over to be there for 7.30 it wasn't very convenient that they was early. So for that reason it wasn't the greatest.

I thought disposal price was high and paid someone else who was cheaper than yourselves and it wasn't explained that I could have assistance in putting bed together as after paying 2500 for the bed I presumed this would be done and not for an extra 20 quid

I am not happy with the waiting period from buying to delivery. I am not happy i had to pay extrea for the bed to be installed at my house. Its a special purchase and expensive and installing should come as standard.

The only problem was that I have problems with walking and as I had to walk with my frame I found it very hard to cope with. I suggested that maybe a wheelchair could be provided for people like myself as the store is quite large for people with mobility issues. Everything else was fine and Mary who dealt with my purchase was very helpful and patient!

The salesman I dealt with was exemplary, not overly pushy but incredibly helpful and knowledgable. However, I asked for pillows to be added FOC as it was such a high value order, the salesman spoke to the manager and agreed. I came back the next day after measuring bedroom to order, the pillows then became negotiable, ie i had to buy one for one free, the monthly allowance was used and manager couldn't flex etc etc...... however, the salesman had no autonomy and had to keep walking off to the manager who despite being there at the start wondered off to other side of showroom. This did not detract from the service or indeed the product BUT a simple no would have sufficed straight from the off. I found it embarrassing for the salesman and almost as if it was a carrot to get me back and then remove it. In my case most unnecessary. Indeed a simple "sorry goods are in a sale so no further discounts" would be a simple enough response. I would still use Dreams and am pleased but this interaction did tarnish the event.
