There was only one person on the sale floor we looked around then asked assistant for help and she was very helpful and taken use to the product we was looking for and helped use out then we made a order on what we was looking for

Customer service advisor Chris went above and beyond for us. We were difficult customers and he managed to answer every question and find us the mattress we needed. I have even emailed into your main office to pass on his excellent customer service.

Usha helped us throughout & gave us fantastic service. By giving us the options available & explaining the products really clearly. The manager & another member of staff were also very friendly. The atmosphere in the store was a friendly welcoming one.

Sleep match given in order to ensure I chose the right mattress for my sleeping pattern/ comfort. Was shown all those in the medium comfort range with memory foam pillow so testing out mattresses were easy and comfortable. Ottoman bed chosen was booked in the delivery just before my wedding as this was a purchase for my partner and I - a new bed and mattress. The staff swiftly ensured I was given the best deal. I also paid for fitting but did think that could have been waived but overall highly satisfied and looking forward to delivery and install of both items. The 40 night sleep trial was also explained as my partner wasn’t with me to purchase - just in case he wasn’t comfortable on mattress. Tea/ coffee/ water was offered at time of purchase, was told to take a seat and member of staff at hand to answer all questions. Excellent experience. Very clean store and everything put away by staff straight away.

Just very comfortable with all staff and welcoming, also showed us the electric beds and showed us the beds ,also offered us coffee tea,and was very helpful for showing us how the contract was all about several times ...They made it feel easy Thanks to the Dreams Team...

The advisor who I spoke with was extremely knowledgable and friendly .With her help, it was easy for me to decide what I wanted.
