Dreams - Oldbury

During our first visit on Friday evening there was only one member of staff on duty who was heavily tied up with another group of customers (3/4 in the same party) We hung around for 10 minutes then left. Fortunately for Dreams we passed the store later on the way home and decided to give it another go. This time there was an available member of staff who served us very well.

bought my insignia budgebury 2000 D mattress for £699- looked on line on the following day and it was reduced to £279. so I feel ripped off. it was reduced from £799 to £699 in the4 store but to then knock it down to 1/3 of the price. I am miserable about it, keep trying to convince myself it was a quality mattress, when clearly it wasn't if you can discount by that much.

Received very good service from sales assistant Sat, Decided to visit Dreams as sales and discount advertised yet bought very expensive bed and no discount available. I was given a pillow which I was grateful for but received no discount on my order and it amounted too £2800. I think in this cl8mate and as a store you could have done better.

There is always room for improvement. We were after a discount on price but were offered an alternative discount.

The sales advisors gave us good info and allowed us the time we needed.to deliberate

I have never stated that I was not satisfied with my experience at Dreams. Quite the opposite! My dissatifaction refers only to the price of the product.

I was buying a bed not a holiday of a lifetime! The service was satisfactory and the bed advisor was friendly and helpful.

The policy not to collect old mattres when you pick up your order from the store yourself rather than have it delivered.

Basically I was very satisfied. The fact that there was only one member of staff in the store and the printer wasn't working so some forms couldn't be printed off slowed things down a bit. However, Mandy was extremely helpful and gave me her full attention while I was in the store.

Looking for ottoman bed, could not just go to a section they were scattered through store.
