Couldn't be advised of a delivery date but told stock was available so around 2 weeks wait. Received a phone call today to say stock not available and would have a 8 week wait. Staff not able to offer a discount to compensate for this as no manager available and then told they had met their store quota for the day so the manager wasn't likely to offer anything despite ordering 3 beds and mattresses together.

Did not expect to pay for the removal of a double & small single mattress. However, this was a minor matter. Therefore was a surprise!

The sales assistant quoted 4 weeks for deLivery as she was checking the wrong list. This was picked up quite quickly by the store manager. We were not prepared to wait 4 weeks and would have left the store. We only had to wait just over a week for delivery. We are very happy with the mattress we choose

Was asked to give an email address but it was not explained what for. I then had to unsubscribe from the mailing list later that day as I received an email I didn't want. I then had to unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails.

The lady dealing with my order struggled with using the computer. She had to ask for the same details several times because she kept typing in the wrong box, or clicking in the wrong place. I had to help her to fix a problem when she input my address wrong and wasn't sure how to rectify the mistake. Another staff member offered me a drink, I asked for a glass of water and he immediately forgot he'd asked me and started having a laugh with another staff member while I was sat right in front of him. The lady who took my order offered me a drink again later, and she fetched me water in a glass that had "instant idiot" written on it. She was also very pushy with the extended warranty. I said that I didn't want it straight away, but she kept tryi g to sell it to me. Asking once or twice is fair enough, it's a product that you're trying to sell, but asking five or six times while I repeatedly gave the exact same negative response became quite confrontational.

5 week delivery timescale, no reason or explanation given for this delay and a problem with entering the order thus giving incorrect price and being unable to correct the matter before we left the store
