I had to seek out someone to help me and the visit woul dhave been much better if they had tried to understand what we were looking for, the person who eventually helped was extremely helpful though.

The store was well stocked and the mattress I required was readily available for me to look at before making a decision to buy. the staff were very helpful and friendly. My time in the store was short and I took my purchase home with me within 20 minutes of my decision to buy the product.

6 week wait for a sale item i far too long especially from a manufacturer of its own products

prices could be lower ,but you have to make a profit

Had to stand around when finding out the avaibilty of the producted other staff useing computer would of thought an I Pad to each sales persone would of helped speed up the deal

I wasn’t looking to be highly satisfied just satisfied that we were making a good investment in the purchase of our mattress.

Price of some items compared to other stores. Very happy with discounted ex-show mattresses. Staff very friendly and chatty but not always re. shopping experience (advice on mattresses). Store clean and clearly signposterd.

Could have taken the old matress away for free as we spent alot of money.

Only issue was that we were informed we would receive a phone all by 10.3am to give us a two hour delivery slot - however I had a phonecall at 8am saying the drivers were outside my property- at which point both myself and my husband were at work 20+ miles away and unable to get home. Luckily I was able to get my parents to go round but this could have created a major issue If they were not available. Dreams need to ensure this phone call is made as promised.

I was satisfied with everything i was dissapointed by some of the prices as you were advertising a half price sale i didnt see anything half price also dissapointed in having to pay to take old bed away and to pay to have the new one fitted. You advertise free delivery but charge for everything else
