Just the waiting time to be dealt with did not seem enough terminals for all the staff at busy periods and what we wanted was something that could be taken away that day, but once dealt with all was fine.

A week and a half awaiting the delivery the bed when we only live just over a mile from the store.

After initial conversation with colleague regarding different types of mattress, was left to my own devices to choose what I wanted. This was good in a way but not so good as I could have done with more information. Cost was an issue, spent more than I should have done. But again, no advice or help was given. Dreams advertise on TV of their fantastic sales, but there were no sale items in store, apart from a couple of 'ex display' items. Not sure whether sale items are only available on line. Colleague was very efficient but no personal service given. Delivery is next Tuesday so I cannot comment on the satisfaction of a good night's sleep until after then. Little concerned because looking at customer reviews on line, my mattress has only received very mediocre comments

I had my bed reserved at dreams but when I went to make payment there was confusion and I was told the bed had been sold by a mos of staff but then it came to light it had not. I then asked if a headboard could be matched up which was part of the sale price too. However there was nothing available whilst o tryed to contact the store I spoke to a number of staff who I found to be very rude and u helpful and no-one wanted to take ownership. We had a bad experience with dreams 8 years ago and this time round was not any better. However the last member of staff I spoke to was helpful

I would have appreciated more advice on what mattress was best for us and our needs. I am not quite sure what I have purchased, other than knowing it is a popular choice and something I could afford!

I was recommended to purchase this particular bed but after purchasing this, another store worker informed the staff member who was organising the delivery that they were out of stock. They were unable to provide a delivery date but said new stock was coming in. I have only recently been made aware that earliest date for delivery is mid-August. I would have reconsidered my order if I has been made aware earlier.

Nothing wrong at all. It is just that buying a bed is not the best thing I could have been doing with my time.

The only criticism I have, is that the bed I've ordered is not ready for delivery or collection on the same day as ordered. If your product is popular, as told by your salesman, then should this product not be kept in stock and ready to be either delivered or collected by the customer?
