It was a hot day. And we were served in a good time frame. Yet once being seated by the salesperson we were not offered a beverage of any description by the colleague serving us, it wasn't until the transaction was almost complete, that ANOTHER colleague offered us a drink. This may seem petty but considering we spent £500.00+ a cool drink on a hot day would've been appreciated.

I wanted to view the item before I like to place the order. But it wasn't available in the store that is convenient for us to go. So we can't say we were highly satisfied

We had to go and replace my Son who is 17 bed. He managed to Break his own on the May bank Holiday weekend. We had looked on line for ideas and spotted bed we liked on display Satvinder was good he gave us a couple of minutes to look and then popped over to offer assistance when we were ready which was straight away he also advised us of the different mattresses so that was a big help. He was naturally friendly not sales man like which puts you at ease and makes you able to talk sale through. Really polite and extremely helpful and the other member of staff who was near by was equally as friendly They all came across as well mannered and genuinely wanting to get you the best item not just the sale .

after being told that the assembly charge would be free,we where told we would get a discount for ordering two exspensive beds and matteress, BUT WHEN I GOT HOME AND LOOKED AT THE INVOICE I SEE THE ASSEMBLY COST HAD BEEN PUT BACK ON SO OUR DISCOUNT WAS VERY LITTLE, FELT CHEATED

There were a coupe of customers already in the store when we arrived but only one member of staff available. We had to wait to speak to him but when we did he was very helpful and polite

We went in looking for a bed for the spare room and we immediately saw the perfect single bed on display in the shop. On looking for a mattress we spoke to a lady called Mandy and she gave us good information on having a good mattress without spending a fortune. We chose the bed and mattress quickly but on making the order, there were no beds in stock and the delivery date was not available only an estimate of 4-5 weeks. My husband wanted to go elsewhere to get something quicker, but because the bed and the price was good I progressed the order. Good customer service but disappointed with the availability.

I bought my bed online. I had a date for delivery. And a slot for 2-4pm. A message was left which was very unclear. I had appointments booked which I had to cancel. It was after 4pm. When I got another call to say delivery was changed to 4-6pm. By which time I had to rush and get my daughter from nursery. It felt like an entire day wasted. What I don't understand is why a van that left Birmingham had to leave my order for the last drop knowing it was in Norwich all day. When I could have been first and there was no text indicating a change in delivery time. I told the delivery men the voice message was very unclear even if they noted a change.

The choice of single framed beds was very limited and I wasn't able to take the item with me on the day.
