Paid more then expected for mattresses, was told the cheaper ones I had seen online were 'cheaper quality' although didn't get to see them. So was kinda pushed into the more expensive but my own fault for not speaking out. This saying, I think I will be satisfied with the ones I brought.

Asked too many times if we wanted help by shop assistants. When we finally needed to talk to someone, who had started to explain things, another shop assistant took over. Then when the 2nd person was talking , a 3rd assistant butted in to start explanining things that we didn't ask. Too many staff " trying to get a sale" .

The service was good, but there was nothing that was outstanding. The staff we pleasant and helpful, but they did not go above and beyond what I would usually expect.
