Had been to several/stores t decide exactly what I wanted. This was the bet product on display but as always most expensive. On arriving at store I was only customer and was not hassled, however, when telling the assistant what I wanted he was not fully conversant with the product & I had to correct his knowledge on the internal fitting options. Have not had the product delivered or fitted yet so cannot fully comment on overall satisfaction of the product.

Disappointed that there is a delivery charge when you are spending such a lot of money it should be free.

I wanted to amend my order but found that when the store phoned customer services it was permanently engaged (this was on a Sunday) after 15 minutes we gave up and it was done the next day but when I then wanted to add a simple clothes rail I was told that my delivery address would then go back!! Just for a clothes rail, so I didn't bother. If it had of been something essential to the order I'd have likely cancelled the whole order, this was only two days after placing order and one of those was a Sunday when the call couldn't be answered. I do think the products are over priced although attractive, I hope to find that they are worthy of such a price when I get them.

I was very happy but there is alway room for improvement for me personally the bed we wanted was on display in a double and I wanted to see it as a king size

i would have liked to negotiate a free mattress protector with my purchase to incentivise me to come back and make another purchase.

I knew very quickly which mattress I wanted, and was in a rush just wanting to pay and leave. As the store only had two computers we had to wait quite some time while the only two other customers were being served-and enjoying a lengthy chat with your staff. Although the manager apologised and the lady who eventually served us, I would have left and ordered online. Perhaps you could arrange for more till points to avoid this.

Assistant extremely helpful and knowledgeable but could have shown us a larger range of goods as there was a special offer on which gave us more choice for our budget.

Has been many years since we purchased a bed this was the second of the three we visited. All were more or less the same with goods and staff

Prices in store for delivery and assembly are different to the ones quoted online which I disagree with. Have a look at that.
