The kids beds were a bit scattered about and not a great deal on display. Also not to the staff fault but the building is showing its age now.

The bed I was looking for was not displayed in store so I was not able to view before buying. I was told by the sales assistant that it was a very popular bed and he did but understand why it was not displayed

My partner needed to use the toilet I'm not too sure if these were staff or customer toilet but she said that she didn't use them because they were not the cleanest and smelt ,I can understand that it was 4.30 pm and that the toilets had been used through the day but I'd still expect them to be kept to a certain standard.l would like to say that the sales assistant Robert was very good and very patient with us ,we was unaware that there was such a different selection of mattresses available and he pointed us in the right direction so well done to him .

The option of free delivery was not offered so I ended up paying. Had I have known I would have taken free delivery to my door and taken the mattress upstairs myself. Furthermore, in the Bentley Bridge store, we shopped for bedding after the mattress arrived and there were no fitted sheets open to offer up against the mattress. I have now spent more than £100 on fitted sheets that are too deep for my mattress - they are too big. An idea would be to have some sheets open so that customers know what they are buying.

Was looking to purchase a single bedframe, the lack of a range of such items was disappointing, appreciating that there is limited showroom space, the ability to see other items not on show, via an instore online facilicty for example, may have demonstrated a wider range of products.

We asked specific questions about the mattress we bought (the gel layer) which the sales assistant did not/ could not answer.
