This was my 2nd visit. On the first visit I was ignored by the staff and can only think that it was because I was wearing a tracksuit and didn't look like a serious customer to the staff

The order will not be delivered for 3 weeks and the cost of the delivery seems high. I would of thought the cost of delivery could be significantly reduced. Also the time for delivery was a surprise especially during a sale period.

Set the store out so all of the same products by the same manufacturers are in the same place.

Not able to take away product when purchased on same day as would have collected myself.

There appeared to be real confusion when it came to the 'add-ons' - mattress guarantee and the actual physical cover for the mattress, a price was quoted then when I rejected the price it was halved, then I was told the cover for the mattress would be charged at 1p which I thought was a joke, but it turns out it wasn't. I did think that since my details had been put into the computer that would be it but then for some reason we had to do the process again. The manager came over at one stage and reduced the price. The saleslady was very friendly and helpful. If there are going to be 'add-ons' then they need to be (I would suggest) made clear before the customer decides to buy, not after.

I obtained a bed from Dream a year or so ago and returned to order a bedhead. The range offered was reasonable but the delivery date of 2 months for the one I chose is really too long. Fortunately, it is not an urgent requirement.

We were satisfied with the service we received at this store. We were left to browse and try beds/mattresses and when we required advice we were assisted by the lady member of staff. She was well informed , friendly and polite.
