One of the product I purchased was not I store and it would have been nice to have a visual of such item. Irrespective of this, the staffs in particular Mandy ensured I was provided with enough information which led to the purchase.

Looking for sofa bed - there was not a huge choice but was satisfied with what we ordered. Time will tell whether it arrives in good time and in good condition

It was my fault that I went too late in the sale. The service I received was amazing. I wanted kingsize fitted bed sheets for my brother's Christmas present and they'd pretty much run out. Mary found me one which had been unwrapped and spent a while looking because she thought there was another one on a bed display. She then stripped the bed so I could have the sheet. So - no problem with the service - just with the fact that I was too late to buy sheets in their packaging as these were for a Christmas present.

When I went to the store the was only one sales person so it took longer because she had to attend to other people

we were advised we could collect our items when they were available on a given date, we were advised we could change the date if it was not suitable, unfortunately on doing so we were given the next available date which is a month later!! So now our items will not be received until 16th May from an order, ordered on 6th April.
