The staff were absolutely great, I was window shopping but ended up buying a bed recommended by usha. She was a good laugh but also very professional at the same time. The other members of staff were also very friendly and lovely

Made to feel welcome on arrival. Help and assistance was there when needed and not forced upon us. Rob was excellent , his knowledge of the beds was 1st class. A beautiful cup of coffee as well. What more could you ask for.
