We are really disappointed that 2 days after we orderer the sealy mattress that 20 % was taken off the price that we had paid. surely your salesman would have known that your company were making this mattress a sales item.

My Mattress is only 5 years old (With 10 year guarantee) it has sunken in the center and i'm only 13 stone so it's not due to my weight! Mary at the store was quite helpful and is arranging an inspector to come out. Whilst i was at the store i purchased a pine bed frame that on the display was priced @ £189 but when Mary printed my paperwork it came out @ £199 she could not issue me a credit there and then (even though she has just taken the money on my card) but offered me to buy pillows or pillow cases which i did not want. I have been told that they have to contact head office before they can raise me a credit for £10.00 a bit poor going on the modern technology out there today!

As previously stated, your payment system was not working and we had to make payment to another store by telephone. This store added items to our invoice that we did not require and had not purchased. We had to make three telephone calls before these items were removed from our invoice.

The order went through smooth for a mattress, paid for cover care and mattress cover included. Since then I have chased for the cover and no one in store was helpful or called back. Text received mattress would be delivered early morning, no delivery. Called and oldbury store told me I had wong info and it was a pm slot. I disputed this,as text said delivery time and Rob said no it should have been the time for phone call for delivery time. No proper customer service from anyone I spoke to in store, couldn't get through to customer service to complain as it was a total mess. Still waiting for mattress cover and then they wanted me to call again as it was only a free one, so I said no you can post it. A free one when i paid over £600 on the order, didnt like being told that when i had paid £65 cover and it was included!Will it ever arrive? I doubt it if the store have to arrange it!!no faith in dreams and no customer service! Will not recommend!

Staff were very approachable, friendly and welcoming. I didn't feel pressured to buy through hard sale techniques. I was given the information I asked and then given time to decide. Staff made me and my son feel very comfortable and welcome.

Bed ordered April 30th. Delivery arranged for today called at 8am whilst my wife was getting kids ready for school. Re arranged time for delivery, then get a call from my wife telling me that there has been a breakdown in communication somewhere as only the mattress is being delivered today and the bed itself is going to be coming from a third party and that they will make contact in due course. This wasn't explained at the time of order when my money was taken. Now have to explain this to my 6 year old daughter tonight, thanks Dreams.

Problem 1 - We wished to take 2 x Finest Fiber Pillows away with us when we placed our order at your Oldbury Store, there was only one in stock, Andy (who was very good to us in store) advised that he could get one sent to us. We called in 2 weeks after the order and we were advised by the Assistant Manager that there was one at Wolverhampton and Andy was going to get it for us, 2 more phone calls to the Assistant Manager and almost a month since the order a Just Like Down pillow was sent, which feels completely different to the finest fiber that we had requested. We still have not got one. Problem 2 - Shortly after we placed our order we luckily noticed that the salesman had put the wrong headboard onto our order and we had to get it changed. Problem 3 - We were not advised in store that it would cost us £78 to remove our bed and to deliver the new one, we were led to believe that it was all included in the price. Problem 4 - Just when we thought it couldn't get any worse, our bed was delivered and assembled, our side opening ottoman would not open properly because the headboard was in the way. This apparently is a common fault so why were we allowed to order it with this bed?
